We currently have more than 33,000 points cards and 45 service stations involved in our rewards catalogue. The ideal number of service stations that would accept the card would be one hundred per cent, clients holding a points card identify our image or our logo, and expect the card to be accepted.

It has been a great effort, financially, and time and work intensive, to implement our own loyalty system; many elements are involved and they all must be well coordinated to provide a good service and client satisfaction.

Throughout this year more than 60,000 Euros will be destined to rewards and prizes, which is a fifty per cent increase over last year.
